do you know if your engine is getting the best performance? Like a dynamometer, here's the absolute best way to see how much natural (non-stimulated) energy you have. It will show you once and for all if you are as healthy as you think!
Go ahead - measure your core endurance, flexibility, absolute and dynamic
strength and body composition. Test your cholesterol, HDL, LDL, triglycerides, blood pressure, heart rate, if your alkaline/ acid balance.
It's all useless unless you feel great and are able to work and play at peak performance without pills, powders or gimmicks.Those tests mentioned above
are all pretty good quantifiers but they cannot compare to the one I spotlight in this video.
You see, we can fool ourselves. Millions of people for
example, think that they are getting "better" by lowering their
cholesterol with dangerous statins and related drugs. They lower their
numbers a few percent on paper but double or triple their risk for
heart attack in the process. They are not only fooling themselves but
killing themselves. Similarly, women are talked into taking Phosomax drugs "to treat" their bone loss by what Dr. John McDougall calls disease-mongers
who sponsor big fancy "Health Screening" trailers and peddle their
wares based on ridiculously infinitesimal relative risk, not actual absolute risk.
If only these healthconsciousbut not health-practicing
people would understand that they can lower cholesterol five times
more as well as build back their calcium (or hold onto it in the first
place by eliminating the acid foods that they eat every
So no matter where you are on your wellness journey, it is
invaluable to know how to gauge your progress in the short and long
term. That is, in essence, the whole facilitation of The Best Weigh and
The First Supper. For more than three decades I have been training
people in my special Human Performance Facility and re-teaching them to
eat in my Purpose-Built Teaching Kitchen. The body cannot be
deceived. Converting to a plant-based diet makes a small difference but
nothing compares to changing to a raw plant-based diet. It is like paying one hundred dollars towards a three thousand dollar mortgage or paying two thousand nine-hundred. You can see,feel and quantify an
improvement in endurance and strength that is so easily measured; so
significant, that lay people cannot believe it. After many years and many
people getting the same remarkable results again and again, it becomes
crystal clear. There are those who actually practice health and there are those
who are simply "health-conscious".
