99% of "cold and flu" symptoms are really food poisoning, plain and simple.
Specifically, they are the result of an overload toxic reaction. Your body is working hard to eliminate the wrong food you put in.
Most do not believe this because they have never experienced the absence of toxic overload. They think that chronic disease is unavoidable, and that they can not do anything about it. Even doctors are led to believe this as medical school teaches them disease care not health care or prevention. Few people even know what genuine basic health even feels like! Disease is the norm.
Toxic overload is the result of eating the wrong foods, which the body tries to eliminate through the skin, mucus membranes, lungs and then bowels.

if you take care of the small ailments now, then you will not have to suffer from the major disease later. That is a very powerful statement to live by. In other words, the time to fix the roof is when the sun is shining. Few people do this. They wait until the condition of their health is so poor (The "Eleventh Hour"), that the most important major source-change - the complete overhaul of their diet -is close to impossible for them emotionally and psychologically. Most doctors will tell you about "the man who would rather eat the sodium-laden pickle and die of a heart attack rather than abstain and live." Most doctors are people too and few eat properly. In fact, their diets are usually worse than the general population. I have personally seen their eating habits while in the "office" as well as "out of the office" I suffered an auto accident and ruptured disk in 1999 and had surgery. I woke up in the O.R. to my surgeon and assistants having pizza and soda ten feet away from me. Statistics show that doctors live an average of 1- - 15 years less than most people.

The common diet practiced for the last 150 years, and especially the last 30 has seen a parallel of significantly degraded health indicators such as more eyeglass use, overweight, psychological problems, and skyrocketing degenerative diseases such as heart disease, cancer, osteoporosis and diabetes.
Gross lack of fresh whole (not cooked) greens, fruits and the over consumption of animal protein and processed flour foods are the main cause of debilitation.
A simple experiment that you can do to prove the successful reversal of disease symptoms (from early runny nose, sore throat, headache, stomach ache to latent cancer and heart disease, and all other diseases that are life threatening) is to eat nothing but fresh, raw fruits, vegetables, greens, and some nuts and seeds to round out the diet. One week, or even once per week will begin to demonstrate the incredible results.
It is not "normal" to suffer from so-called cold and flu symptoms. It is not "normal" to succumb to the debilitation of cancer or any chronic disease. This is your body dealing with the 21st Century diet.
